Adecco is assisting one of their top clients with their search for an HR Analyst in Richmond, VA!$ 32.28/hr 9 month contract

Must sit onsite hybrid in Richmond, VA, McLean, VA, Wilmington, DE

Looking for a recruiter that has specifically Testing in Workday experience

Responsibilities:

Utilize Workday test environments to perform User Acceptance Testing and troubleshoot Workday Recruiting system issues

Engage with recruiters, candidates, hiring managers or HR partner groups to resolve system issues and coach on appropriate steps/procedures

Create and maintain job aids to assist recruiters with system steps and procedural guidance

Conduct system training for newly hired recruiters; Develop and run ad hoc trainings as needed

Participate as a team member in agile pod work to enhance the Workday Recruiting experience

Basic Qualifications:

Proficiency with GSuite

At least 1 year of Workday testing experience

Excellent written and verbal communication skills

Demonstrated customer service skills, attention to detail and decision making skills

Preferred Qualifications:

2-3+ year of system administration experience

2+ year of process management experience

1+ year of training or 1+ year of communications experience

Experience Working in an Agile environment

Pay Details: $32.28 per hour
