Position Overview

We are seeking an innovative Chief Strategy Officer, with Federal consulting experience, to define and execute our corporate go-to-market strategy, ensuring alignment with our organizational vision and objectives. As a member of the executive leadership team, you will lead efforts to identify growth opportunities, assess market trends, and position the company for long-term success. This role demands exceptional strategic thinking, a data-driven mindset, and a proven track record in shaping and implementing transformative business strategies – with oversight and experience across sales, delivery, and operations domains.

Key Responsibilities

  • Corporate Strategy Leadership: Develop, implement, and communicate the company’s overall strategy, ensuring alignment with organizational objectives and industry dynamics (predominately Federal / US Government).

  • Market Analysis: Analyze market trends, emerging technologies, and competitive landscapes to identify opportunities for growth and innovation.

  • Business Development: Collaborate with the sales and operations teams to develop strategies for client acquisition, retention, and expansion – spanning across sales, delivery, and operations.

  • Strategic Partnerships: Build and maintain high-value partnerships with clients, vendors, and industry leaders to drive business development and innovation.

  • Operational Excellence: Partner with department leaders to ensure strategic initiatives are operationalized effectively across all teams.

  • Data-Driven Insights: Oversee the collection and analysis of key performance data to guide decision-making and optimize organizational performance.

  • Risk Management: Identify potential risks to strategic initiatives and recommend mitigation strategies.

  • Leadership: Mentor and inspire the leadership team to embrace the company's strategic vision and deliver results.

    Qualifications

  • 15+ years of executive leadership experience, with a focus on corporate strategy, business development, or related fields.

  • 20+ years of experience in IT services domain across sales, delivery, and operations.

  • Proven ability to drive organizational change and deliver results in a fast-paced, competitive market.

  • Exceptional analytical and problem-solving skills, with a data-driven approach to decision-making.

  • Outstanding communication and interpersonal skills, with a demonstrated ability to influence and inspire stakeholders at all levels.

  • Experience building and maintaining strategic partnerships that drive business value.

  • Expertise in federal contracting, consulting, or technology services (preferred).
