Change Management and Communications Consultant

This role will play a crucial role in supporting projects by assisting in the planning, development, and execution of our client’s change management and communications needs. As a Change Management & Communications Consultant, a typical project may include the following activities:

  • Being a part of a Change Management and Communications work stream during large transformation projects

  • Leveraging your experience and knowledge of how people and organizations manage change

  • Performing stakeholders’ analysis and change impacts assessment

  • Developing a Change Management plan, including communication and training plans

  • Designing and executing Communications, to ensure the message reaches all impacted stakeholders

  • Planning and coordinating training, to ensure all stakeholders are properly prepared and trained

  • Measuring progress and effectiveness of change management activities and business readiness

  • Supporting people and organizations in the adoption of change, new tools or new ways of working

  • Gathering and incorporating feedback on change deliverables

  • Collaborate with diverse teams, both internal and external

    Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent combination of education and professional experience

  • 1+ year of applied experience supporting organizational change management activities (communications, training, change readiness assessment, impact analysis, stakeholder management, leadership alignment, etc.) on engagements ideally in the federal space

  • Demonstrated communications and/or change management experience

  • Strong attention to detail, time management, and follow through

  • Excellent teamwork and interpersonal skills

  • Ability to adapt and operate effectively in ambiguous or rapidly changing environments

  • Ability to work independently and manage multiple assignments

  • Strong oral and written communication skills, including presentation skills

  • Working knowledge and experience of MS Office applications and training development tools (MS Visio, MS PowerPoint, MS Word, MS Excel)
