Responsibilities

We are seeking an experienced Brand Content Strategist to join the KelseyCare Marketing Team. This role will be responsible for overall communication strategy involving the KelseyCare Commercial brand communications including but not limited to Open Enrollment

This Strategist will be the writer/editor as well as plan, develop and create KelseyCare brand content and messaging. They are the KelseyCare team lead for consistent messaging as well as managing results from external agencies through execution of the plan. The Brand Content Strategist will operate as a strategic leader on the KelseyCare marketing team and responsible for managing the strategy and coordination of content creation ensuring that the brand communication and business goals are met.

Partnering with the e-mail, graphics and web development team as well as others in the KelseyCare business development team to increase communication and efficiency as the writer/editor. This Strategist will be a self-starter with content marketing experience and in providing hands-on execution and implementation of strategies. A seasoned professional with the ability to interact, support, and counsel all stakeholders including Brokers and the sales team is a must in this role as well as aligning on advertising, customer and target client communications. This Brand Content Strategist must be extremely organized, strategic, have exceptional writing, editing and analytical skills, as well as demonstrate the ability to manage and track projects, provide reporting on projects and results, and keep projects on deadline.

Salary Range: $99,164 - $122,501 (Pay is based on several factors including but not limited to education, work experience, certifications, etc.)

Qualifications

Education

Required: Undergraduate degree or equivalent combination of education and experience

Preferred: N/A

Experience

Required: 7 years creating/writing brand messaging, advertising, customer journey and key brand elements.

Collaboration skills are a must.

Preferred: Experience in content development.

Leading creative and writing teams.

License(s)

Required: Valid Texas Driver’s License

Preferred: N/A

Special Skills

Required: Must have experience leading external agencies through the creation of branding materials and

strategy around creative content.

Preferred: Knowledge of job tracking systems, Workfront, Wrike, etc.

Other

Required: Experience management and mentoring people and teams.

Proficiency in Microsoft Office, including an advanced knowledge of Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.

Ability to give direction and see projects and tasks through to completion.

Strong attention to detail and deadline oriented.

Critical thinking and the ability to tell the “why” story with reporting performance.

Responsible, reliable, and accountable

An energetic personality and an inquiring, investigative mind.

Strong organizational skills.

Preferred: Experience managing external agencies.
