What's Your Role? Responsibilities Ideal candidate will use skills in order to help Twinsburg Operations meet all Shrink and Breakage/Waste Targets. * Daily Cycle Counts. * Weekly Full Inventory Counts. * OOD/Rotation. * Breakage Support. * Inventory Reporting. * Support Sales and Warehouse with inventory needs. * Building Capacity. * Inventory Count at offsite warehouse 1x per week. (OSW located approx. 20 minutes from plant). * Period End counts every 4 weeks. * Send out clear and detailed inventory reports. Compensation & Benefits: * The expected compensation range for this position is between $32,600 - $52,100 based on a full-time schedule. * Location, confirmed job-related skills and experience will be considered in setting actual starting salary. * Paid time off subject to eligibility, including paid parental leave, vacation, sick, and bereavement. * In addition to salary, PepsiCo offers a comprehensive benefits package to support our employees and their families, subject to elections and eligibility: Medical, Dental, Vision, Disability, Health and Dependent Care Reimbursement Accounts, Employee Assistance Program (EAP), Insurance (Accident, Group Legal, Life), Defined Contribution Retirement Plan. Qualifications * High School Diploma/GED or greater. * Strong proficiency in computer systems and data entry. * Ability to work with minimal supervision. * Superior problem solving and analytical thinking skills. * Availability to work evenings, weekends, holidays, and occasional overtime to meet business needs. * Ability to work in fast paced environment with varying weather conditions (Heat/Cold). * Must pass drug testing and criminal background check.
