Genesis10 is seeking a Sales Order Coordinator for a remote 6-month contract position with a leading client located in Twinsburg, OH. This role pays $20.48 per hour. Schedule: Must be flexible to work on a rotating schedule including evenings, holidays, and weekends. Job Duties: Handles inbound vendor/internal agent calls on a variety of subjects. Enrich and schedule all vendor/internal API orders as assigned for Consumer and SMB. Assist vendors from Point of Sale to Point of Install with order support. Explain products and services to vendors and assist with over-the-phone order placement. Handle credit alerts with our internal credit system as they arise for all vendor orders. Assist vendors with issues as they arise and report issues as needed to technical support. Gains and maintains product/service knowledge, working knowledge of telephony technology, and industry updates. Fast-paced environment. Multi-tasking while answering calls. Answer calls and assist agents with order placement. Enrich orders through the order placement system Other duties as assigned. Requirements: Good telephone communication skills and customer interface ability. High School diploma or equivalent 2-4 years experience with 1-2 years directly related to the job. College hours or a college degree may be substituted for some experience as deemed appropriate. Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast paced environment, use proper discretion in evaluating/elevating vendor/internal agent issues, work as a team player, and defuse difficult situations. PC skills (Windows), 10-key and keyboarding skills. The ability to take initiative and accountability in obtaining general knowledge of billing systems and order entry.
