REXNORD INDUSTRIES LLC Accounts Payable Coordinator in Twinsburg, Ohio

Brief Description Rexnord Industries, LLC, a leading supplier in the Aerospace industry, is seeking the services of a skilled Accounts Payable professional to serve as the Accounting Coordinator for our Twinsburg, OH site. Key Accountabilities Preparation of timely and accurate payments to vendors in high volume environment. Processing of customer invoices and credit memos including coordination with Corporate Accounts Receivable. Daily and monthly financial reporting within corporate guidelines and policies including reports, accrual journal entries and reconciliations. Special projects and other duties as required. Job Requirements Capabilities and Success Factors This position requires the applicant to be a US Person with a US permanent residence. A US Person is a US Citizen or Green card holder. At least three years minimum of business experience in Accounting/Finance with at least one year in Accounts Payable and Accounts Receivable in a manufacturing environment. Knowledge of month end closings including journal entries, account reconciliations, auditing and SOX compliance. Focus on accuracy, adherence to procedures and policies, and continuous improvement. High energy team player with strong communication skills to be able to effectively deal with vendors and all levels of management. Deadline driven, punctual and excellent attention to detail. Able to work in high volume environment. Strong, independent follow up skills. Flexible and able to prioritize tasks. Intermediate Excel skills. Experience with ERP system and SAP general ledger experience preferred.
