Job Description

We are seeking a skilled Electromechanical Assembler for our 2nd Shift, working from 2:00 PM to 10:30 PM, Monday through Friday. The role requires a minimum of 4 years of assembly experience. The ideal candidate will be proficient in soldering, wiring, and harness assembly.

Responsibilities

• Perform soldering, wiring, and crimping tasks.

• Read, interpret, and execute instructions and diagrams for precise assembly of equipment and products.

• Construct and test wire harness connections.

• Use various hand tools and fixtures proficiently.

• Conduct quality spot checks on products to ensure adherence to specified standards.

• Report any product inconsistencies or equipment malfunctions to supervisors promptly.

• Rework or repair assembled equipment and products according to engineering specifications.

Essential Skills

• Minimum 4 years of assembly experience.

• Proficiency in soldering and wiring.

• Ability to construct and test wire harness connections.

• Skilled in reading and interpreting diagrams and instructions.

• Experience with hand tools and fixtures.

Additional Skills & Qualifications

• Previous IPC certifications are ideal.

• Experience in electromechanical assembly.

• Ability to conduct quality checks and report inconsistencies.

Work Environment

This role is based in a clean production facility. The position requires the use of steel-toed boots.

This is a Contract to Hire position based out of Tustin, California.

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $25.00 - $25.00/hr.
