Job Description

As an Electrical Design Engineer, you will be responsible for laying out designs involving avionics, wiring, and harnessing routed through aircraft and integrated into the electrical wiring interconnect system (EWIS). You will collaborate with electrical and structural engineers to develop innovative solutions, utilize Catia 3DX to develop and release engineering definitions, and handle material and component selection for compatibility. Additionally, you will develop trade studies and design reviews for presentation to program leadership, provide engineering support for manufacturing, offer Non-Conformance Dispositions, and issue engineering drawing redlines.

This is a hybrid position requiring some days on-site in Tustin, California and some days remote.

Work Environment

Located in Tustin at the Headquarters, our office space is new and trendy, spanning three floors. Departments generally sit in the same area, although some management is local and some are based out of another site.
