Summary: The CDP Processor I is responsible for preparing and completing final review of Consumer and Commercial loan documents for retail branches while providing uniformity of loan documents through a platform automation system in a centralized department.
Duties & Responsibilities: Review commercial and consumer loan requests submitted by lending personnel for accuracy and completeness. Prepare commercial and consumer loan document packages for all commercial and consumer loan requests to include all real estate and non-real estate requests. Process commercial and consumer extensions, admin renewals, modifications, change in terms, release/substitute collateral, and subordination documents. Review loan packages for accuracy and correct errors before releasing documents to lenders. Use loan processing software and other bank software (LaserPro, DecisionPro, IGNITE, IBS, ISView, Word and Excel) effectively. Apply basic processing skills and banking terms. Apply basic knowledge of loan documentation, loan policy, compliance, and CDP procedures to generate accurate and complete loan packages within department time standards. Communicate clearly and professionally with lending personnel to obtain additional information when necessary. Perform other related duties as assigned

High school diploma or equivalent required. Minimum of 1 year of job related experience with loan documentation preferred. Good critical thinking skills. Good attention to detail. Ability to learn basic knowledge of general banking terms. Ability to work well with other team members. Ability to maintain processing error rates less than established department standards. Ability to read, understand and apply instructional materials. Ability to read, understand and apply loan documentation, loan policy, compliance and loan procedures. Possess basic computer skills and knowledge. Good verbal and written communications skills. Good work ethics
