Operators play a vital role in our manufacturing process and can be placed in a variety of process areas. Some Operators at Ducommun are programming and operating Wave and Selective Solder or our Wash machines. Another area an Operator could be placed is within our Conformal Coating area. Here circuit boards are sprayed with a protective coating that protects the circuit boards against moisture, chemicals, dust and extreme temperatures.
