Job Description:\ A growing aerospace company in Tulsa is seeking experienced Aluminum/Inconel TIG Welders. Previous experience with heat exchangers, condensers, reheaters, and oil cooler/heaters is a plus.

Responsibilities:

• Set up and fit components to welding fixtures in multiple positions.
• Prepare TIG torch and welding machines for AC and DC welding.
• Fit Aluminum and/or Inconel components with a weld gap of no more than 0.025 inches.
• Read and interpret drawings, taking accurate measurements to plan layouts and procedures.
• Operate angle grinders to prepare parts for welding.
• Align and secure components using calipers, rulers, and clamps.
• Perform TIG welding in various positions, including vertical, horizontal, and overhead.
• Conduct pressure tests and inspect welded surfaces to identify and correct flaws.
• Maintain welding equipment to ensure safe and reliable operation.
