Our Facility in Tulsa, Oklahoma manufactures state-of-the-art circuit boards for Aerospace and Defense.
Job Summary
Provide test engineering for facility.
Manages all aspects of small projects with regular review of senior staff
Perform analysis, diagnostics, and preliminary evaluation of products
Develop testing procedures
Perform test equipment and fixturing design responsibilities
Perform maintenance resolution on testing procedures
Create assembly instructions, Bill of Materials (BOM), and drawings
Adhere to General Requirements of Team Members
Responsible for the proper handling and management of hazardous waste generated in their work area
Perform other assignments as required
Skills & Qualifications
Required Skills & Qualifications
Basic knowledge of engineering concepts, physics, and chemistry principles
Knowledge of basic manufacturing test processes
Troubleshooting and problem-solving ability
Proficient in technical writing, good documentation skills; attention to detail is critical
Able to read and interpret engineer drawings
Prior experience with an ISO environment is a plus
Demonstrated analytical expertise including ability to plan, resolve problems effectively, and establish priorities
Understanding of DOE, 6-signma, Lean Manufacturing is desired
Working knowledge at an intermediate level of computer skills in Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Access, and Microsoft Project
Ability to communicate with customers and project company image to attract business
Demonstrated knowledge of basic manufacturing and assembly processes; together with work measurement and standards
Required Experience/Education/Training/Certifications:
BSEE or BSEET degree from accredited school
