Description

We are in the market for a TEMP with possible option for Temp-to-hire, Sr. Accountant to join our manufacturing team in TULSA, Oklahoma. This role focuses on a range of accounting and financial management tasks. As a Sr. Accountant, you will be instrumental in ensuring the smooth running of our financial operations, from managing journal entries to handling account reconciliations.

Responsibilities:

• Accurately processing and maintaining journal entries

• Handling Accounts Payable and Accounts Receivable

• Proficiently using ERP systems for various accounting functions, experience with Syteline software is a plus.

• Balancing sheets and conducting bank reconciliations

• Maintaining the general ledger and ensuring its accuracy

• Utilizing Microsoft Excel for financial data analysis and reporting

• Managing the month-end close process

• Gaining proficiency in NetSuite, Oracle, and SAP for various financial operations

• Ensuring the accurate reconciliation of accounts

• Taking proactive actions on customer accounts when necessary.

Requirements • Candidate must have a strong understanding of Account Reconciliation

• Proficiency in Balance Sheet Reconciliation is required

• Experience with Bank Reconciliations is a must

• Knowledge of General Ledger management is necessary

• Ability to perform Journal Entries is required

• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel is essential

• Experience with Month End Close procedures is necessary

• Familiarity with NetSuite is preferred

• Proficiency in Oracle is a plus

• Knowledge of SAP is desired

• Must have a degree in Accounting or a related field

• Prior experience in a manufacturing industry is preferred

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills are required

• Ability to work independently and within a team is necessary

• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills are required

• Must be detail-oriented and able to multitask effectively

• Ethical conduct and professionalism is a must in this role.
