Are you an accomplished Project Manager with extensive experience in manufacturing? We are seeking a Senior Project Manager to oversee complex projects, including control systems and e-House customer orders. In this role, you will lead project execution, ensuring customer satisfaction while contributing to the growth and success of the organization.

Key Responsibilities:\ As the Senior Project Manager, you will validate project scope, schedules, costs, and contract terms while serving as the primary point of contact during project execution. You will oversee manufacturing and assembly operations, develop project schedules, maintain risk registers, and coordinate with internal teams and third-party vendors. Responsibilities include managing risk and change processes to meet customer requirements and ensuring the successful closeout of projects, including financial reconciliation, equipment installation, and training. Additionally, you will train and mentor junior Project Managers to strengthen team performance.

Qualifications:\ Candidates must hold a bachelors degree, with a preference for engineering disciplines. The role requires at least 8 years of experience managing projects in a manufacturing environment, knowledge of electrical systems integration or HVAC, and familiarity with ERP/MRP systems and supply chain workflows. Proficiency in Microsoft Office, including Word, Excel, MS Project, PowerPoint, and Teams, is essential. Strong organizational and leadership skills are a must.
