What Your Day-to-Day Activities Will Be…

• Daily MRP reports

• Answer MRP messages

• Create, open and release work orders

• Work order packets

• Drawings

• Issuing, un-issuing parts to work orders

• Ensuring that all material has been issued to work orders prior to moving to completion

• Research missing parts or parts shortages

• Schedule and manage production meetings for assigned product line

• Maintain schedule for assigned product line

• Communicate schedule changes to production

• Process work order audit reports

• Respond to inquiries regarding assigned product line

• Correct labor errors as notified by cost accountant

• Utilize E1 Lookup for drawings related to a specific item

• Ability to access New Prague Solidworks drawing database when print is not available in E1 Lookup

• Utilize Quick Base for project information

Your Education Should Be…

• High School diploma or GED required

• 1-2 years related experience require preferred

• Bachelor’s degree in business management preferred

Your Physical Work Environment Will Require…

• Office and Manufacturing Plant Environment

• Lift up to 20 lbs.

• Sitting, standing, stooping, bending, other movement as necessary

• Manufacturing Plant – required PPE when necessary

Your Professional Experience Should Be…

• Strong, professional verbal and written communication skills.

• Strong sense of time management, scheduling and prioritizing.

• Teamwork and team building skills.

• Ability to professionally interact with all employees, customers, vendors and visitors
