As the Manager of Project Reporting, Analytics & Digital Transformation, you will lead a team and spearhead digital transformation initiatives and elevate project execution to "best in class" standards. In this role, you will drive enhanced business performance, improve customer experiences, and foster innovation across the organization. Key responsibilities include identifying and implementing digital opportunities in collaboration with cross-functional teams, championing the adoption of digital tools through training and support, developing performance metrics, and designing effective digital communication strategies. Responsibilities/Expectations:
Develops and drives Project Execution’s digital transformation strategy to enhance business performance, customer experiences, and innovation
Collaborates with various departments to identify and execute digital transformation opportunities, ensuring alignment with organizational goals
Champions digital transformation tools, provide training to relevant departments, and manage the change to ensure adoption
Develops and implements digital performance metrics
Oversees enterprise project reporting as well as the development and ongoing maintenance of Key Performance indicators for the Project Execution organization
Assists in developing new digital solutions to improve operational efficiency and service levels
Implements digital communication strategies and provides regular updates to senior management on progress
Coordinates workforce planning and career development for direct employees
Develops/manages budgets; plans and forecasts; conducts regular cost analysis
Other duties as assigned
Education/Years of Experience:
- Required: Bachelor’s degree in engineering or construction science and a minimum of ten (10) years’ experience in oil and gas with a background engineering, operations, project controls, construction and/or project management/development
Other Requirements:
Experience in Data analytics, statistical analysis, and data modeling
Demonstrates outstanding organizational/interpersonal skills and safety as the utmost priority
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Applications
Preferred: PMP Certification
Preferred: Working knowledge of PowerBI
Preferred: Experienced in midstream operations, project economics, business financial decision-making, and leading geographically diverse teams
