You'll be responsible for troubleshooting and repairing a variety of industrial systems, ensuring a safe and efficient operation. What You'll Do:

• Be a technical hero! Diagnose and repair complex industrial systems, including PLCs, motor controls, electrical wiring, and more.

• Keep things running smoothly: Set up, maintain, and troubleshoot automated equipment, ensuring everything operates seamlessly.

• Master the tools of the trade: Utilize various shop equipment to perform repairs and maintain machinery.

• Teamwork makes the dream work: Collaborate with operations and quality assurance teams to identify and address maintenance needs.

• Continuous improvement is key: Contribute to ongoing efforts to optimize processes and participate in open communication initiatives.

• Lend a hand when it matters: Provide technical support to the Emergency Response Team during your shift.

Do you have what it takes?

• Technical Expertise: Be proficient in at least 5 areas like automated equipment repair, PLC troubleshooting, electrical work, and mechanical systems maintenance. A working knowledge of the others is a plus.

• Problem-Solving Prowess: Possess excellent troubleshooting and critical thinking skills to diagnose and resolve complex issues.

• Communication Champion: Utilize strong written and oral communication skills to collaborate effectively with the team.

• Team Player: Be a positive and motivated team player who prioritizes safety in the workplace.
