ManpowerGroup Customer Service Representative in Tulsa, Oklahoma

Position Summary

We are seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Call Center Representative to join our team on a temporary contract basis. This role is pivotal in providing exceptional customer service and serving as the first point of contact for callers. The ideal candidate will effectively address inquiries, resolve issues, and guide callers through appropriate company processes, ensuring a seamless and professional experience.

Key Responsibilities

  • Serve as the primary point of contact for incoming calls, promptly addressing inquiries and providing resolutions in a professional and courteous manner.

  • Communicate company policies and procedures regarding cancellations, transfers, business submissions, and claims with clarity and precision.

  • Calculate and provide accurate cancellation refund percentages based on caller-provided information.

  • Process and distribute replacement contracts and registration pages upon request.

  • Maintain accurate records of call interactions and follow up as necessary to ensure customer satisfaction.

Core Competencies

  • Exceptional ability to remain calm and professional in high-pressure situations.

  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with a focus on delivering positive and clear interactions.

  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.

  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite or similar software, with the ability to quickly learn and adapt to new tools.

Qualifications

  • High school diploma or GED required; additional education or certifications in customer service is a plus.

  • Minimum of two years of customer service experience, preferably in a high-volume call center environment.

  • Proven ability to handle complex customer interactions with empathy and efficiency.
