Your Role: As a Branch Manager, you will be at the forefront of our operations, leading a talented team of sales professionals and account managers. Your leadership will drive revenue, develop strong client relationships, and ensure our operational excellence is second to none. You will not only be managing but inspiring, coaching, and cultivating success among your team!
Key Responsibilities:
Lead and nurture a high-performing branch team to achieve stellar sales results.
Manage financial outcomes, oversee expenses, and optimize Independent Contractor (IC) margins.
Maintain strong client relationships and achieve a retention rate above 90%—because we believe in forging lasting partnerships!
Foster relations with vendors and ICs to ensure the highest service standards.
Drive sales initiatives and cross-selling opportunities, turning leads into loyal clients.
Conduct regular building inspections to ensure quality control and maintain accurate client data in our CRM.
Guide team development through regular reviews and constructive feedback.
Engage with your team in the field weekly to create a cohesive and driven environment.
Travel within the market as needed.
Requirements
What You Bring to the Table:
A minimum of 3 years of sales experience, demonstrating a strong ability to drive performance.
At least 3 years of experience in sales management, highlighting your leadership capabilities.
More than 3 years in operations management, ensuring the seamless functioning of the branch.
General manager or branch manager experience preferred.
A demonstrated history of effectively managing dynamic teams.
Outstanding communication skills, both written and verbal, to motivate and convey information effectively.
A proficiency in relationship-building and promoting teamwork.
Strong leadership attributes to steer your team towards achieving success.
A dedication to training and developing employees to enhance their competencies.
Excellent time management abilities that enable the efficient handling of multiple responsibilities.
Organizational skills that ensure optimal placement of all tasks and responsibilities.
A courteous and professional demeanor that makes clients feel appreciated.
An ability to maintain a comprehensive perspective while attending to intricate details.
Conflict resolution skills that contribute to sustaining a positive work atmosphere.
