System One has partnered with a growing Tulsa organization to assist them in their search for an experienced Accounting Manager. This individual will join a dynamic team of professionals and help drive financial success.

Key Responsibilities:

• Oversee day-to-day accounting operations, including accounts payable, receivable, and payroll

• Prepare and analyze financial statements to ensure accuracy and compliance

• Lead month-end and year-end closing processes

• Develop and implement accounting policies and procedures

• Manage a team of accounting professionals, providing guidance and mentorship

  Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field (CPA/MBA preferred)

• 5+ years of accounting experience, with at least 2 years in a management role

• Strong knowledge of GAAP and financial reporting standards

• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills

• Proficiency in accounting software (e.g., QuickBooks, SAP, or Oracle)
