THIS IS AN INSTATE H2B JOB ORDER

Helper of Pool laborer will be performing manual and physical duties, use hand and electrical tools and clean general work area in residential construction. Workers will help pool laborers using, supplying or holding pipes for pools.

Duties may include Measure, cut, thread and assemble new pipe, placing the assembled pipe in hangers or other supports. Cut or drill holes in walls or floors to accommodate the passage of pipes. Perform rough-ins, repair and replace fixtures and water heaters, and locate, repair, or remove leaking or broken pipes. Assist pipe fitters in the layout, assembly, and installation of piping for air, ammonia, gas, and water systems. Cut pipe and lift up to fitters. Fit or assist in fitting valves, couplings, or assemblies to tanks, pumps, or systems, using hand tools. Requisition tools and equipment, select type and size of pipe, and collect and transport materials and equipment to work site. Mount brackets and hangers on walls and ceilings to hold pipes, and set sleeves or inserts to provide support for pipes. Excavate and grade ditches, and lay and join pipe for water and sewer service. Disassemble and remove damaged or worn pipe. Clean shop, work area, and machines, using solvent and rags. Install gas burners to convert furnaces from wood, coal, or oil. Fill pipes with sand or resin to prevent distortion, and hold pipes during bending and installation. Immerse pipe in chemical solution to remove dirt, oil, and scale. Clean and renew steam traps.

Three months experience as Helper of Pool laborer in residential construction setting. Must bend, lift and sustain up to 50 lbs, work under extremely weather conditions. No travel required outside Metropolitan area, highschool or no education required, on-the-job training available. Post-hire drug test required paid by employer, all US and Guest workers will be screened equally.

H-2B temporary full time position to work from October 1st, 2024 to October 31th, 2024, Monday to Friday 7:00 am to 3:00 pm. A single workweek used for computing wages. Payment will be weekly. Deductions to paycheck required by law and may include shared group rental housing of \$70 to \$75 per week depending on housing location, and a refundable security deposit of \$75; \$30 per week company-provided transportation to and from housing if worker wants company housing and/or transport and it is available. Housing, if provided, will be in the Tucson Metropolitan area. No mass transit to work site. If the worker completes 50% of the work contract period, employer will reimburse the worker for transportation and subsistence from the place of recruitment to the place of work. Upon completion of the work contract or where the worker is dismissed earlier, employer will provide or pay for worker\'s reasonable costs of return transportation and subsistence back home or to the place the worker originally departed to work, except where the worker will not return due to subsequent employment with another employer. The amount of transportation payment or reimbursement will be equal to the most economical and reasonable common carrier for the distances involved. Daily subsistence will be provided at a rate of \$15.88 per day during travel to a maximum of \$59.00 per day with receipts, according to 655.20(j)(1)(i), (ii). These payments will be done with a company check, separately from their payroll check. The worker will be reimbursed for all visa, visa processing, border crossing, and other related fees, including those mandated by the government on the first workweek. All tools, supplies and equipment required will be provided without charge or deposit charge according to 655.20(k).
