BCforward is currently seeking highly motivated Network Support Analyst in Tucson, AZ

Position Title: Network Support Analyst

Location: Tucson, AZ 85706

Anticipated Start Date: Tentative start Date 02/10/2025

Expected Duration: 12+ Months Contract with possibilities for extension

Job Type: Contract: 40hr/ week

Pay Range: \$37/hr to \$40.81/hr on W2

Please note that actual compensation may vary within this range due to factors such as location, experience, and job responsibilities, and does not encompass additional non-standard compensation (e.g., benefits, paid time off, per diem, etc.).

Job Description:

Work involves staging a large number of wireless access points for a large project rollout.

Experience Requirements:

Several years of Basic IT Network experience with network switching and PC connectivity

Basic network troubleshooting PC and switch problems

Working with Cisco Wireless Access Points

Basic cabling knowledge, network jacks, IDF closet cross-connects, and troubleshooting

Participate in the implementation of new or refreshed networks

Provides Smart hands support for network engineers

Perform general administrative requirements pertaining to timesheets, inventory records of equipment and ticketing system (SNOW)

United States Citizen able to pass background check
