Description We are offering a contract to hire employment opportunity for a Member Services Representative in Tucson, Arizona. The role focuses on providing exceptional customer service and administrative support in a telecom provider setting. This position is heavily involved in handling phone work and payment processing, requiring excellent communication skills and attention to detail.

Responsibilities:

• Provide outstanding customer service to all members

• Handle incoming calls, addressing member inquiries and concerns promptly and professionally

• Process payments accurately, ensuring all relevant information is correctly recorded

• Maintain up-to-date and accurate member records, updating details as necessary

• Utilize the switchboard effectively, managing between 1-10 lines as required

• Drive inbound sales by promoting our services and products to members

• Collaborate with team members to ensure a smooth and efficient service delivery

• Handle administrative tasks as required, supporting the smooth running of the office

• Continually seek ways to improve service delivery, contributing ideas and suggestions in team meetings

• Maintain strict confidentiality of member information, adhering to company policies and regulations. Requirements • Proficiency in providing excellent customer service

• Experience with switchboard operations, ideally handling 1-10 lines simultaneously

• Proven ability in inbound sales

• Strong communication and interpersonal skills

• Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment

• High level of initiative and ability to work independently

• Strong problem-solving abilities

• Reliable and punctual with a strong work ethic

• Proficient computer skills, including Microsoft Office Suite

• Ability to handle and resolve customer complaints in a professional manner

• Experience in a member services or similar role is preferred

• Ability to maintain confidentiality with sensitive customer information.
