Description We are seeking a Data Entry Clerk to join our team located in Tucson, Arizona. As a Data Entry Clerk, your role will be pivotal in our logistics department, where you will handle various tasks including data entry, order entry, and customer service. This role offers a long-term contract employment opportunity.

Responsibilities:

• Accurately input data and maintain customer records in a timely manner

• Efficiently process customer credit applications

• Interface with customers over the phone to resolve inquiries and provide excellent service

• Monitor customer accounts and take necessary actions when needed

• Use MS Excel and MS Word to organize and manage data

• Pay close attention to detail to ensure accuracy in order entry

• Assist in other administrative tasks as required within the logistics department. Requirements • Proficiency in Data Entry is a must-have skill

• Experience in using MS Excel and MS Word is necessary

• Ability to handle Order Entry tasks efficiently

• Strong Customer Service skills are required

• Excellent attention to detail and high level of accuracy in work

• Strong organizational and multitasking abilities

• Effective communication skills, both written and verbal

• Ability to work independently and within a team

• Flexibility to adapt to changes in a fast-paced environment

• Must uphold data confidentiality and integrity standards

• Comfortable working with large volumes of data

• Previous experience in a similar role would be advantageous.
