Description We are offering a permanent employment opportunity for a Customer Service Representative in Tucson, Arizona. In this role, you will play a crucial part in liaising with our customers, coordinating with our administration team, and handling various tasks within our service department.
Responsibilities:
• Greet and assist customers in a detail oriented manner
• Handle inbound and outbound calls, providing excellent customer service
• Efficiently handle email correspondences with customers
• Accurately process customer orders and data entry tasks
• Coordinate with the administration team and service department for smooth operations
• Utilize Microsoft Word and Excel for various tasks and reporting
• Ensure all customer inquiries are resolved in a timely manner
• Maintain and update customer records for future reference
• Schedule appointments as per customer convenience and company requirements
• Monitor customer accounts and take appropriate action when necessary. Requirements • Minimum of 2 years of experience in a customer service role
• Proven experience in answering inbound calls effectively
• Familiarity with call center customer service procedures and best practices
• Exceptional customer service skills, including the ability to handle difficult situations
• Proficiency in data entry, with attention to detail and accuracy
• Experience in email correspondence, with strong written communication skills
• Ability to manage both inbound and outbound calls efficiently
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and Microsoft Word
• Experience in order entry, with a focus on accuracy and timeliness
