Job Title: Construction Laborer

Job Description

We are looking for a dedicated Construction Laborer to join our team. The ideal candidate will be involved in refurbishing, installing, and servicing various circuit breakers and switchgear boxes. This role requires working both in the shop and out in the field, supporting multiple mining and utility companies.

Responsibilities

  • Dismantle, refurbish, and rebuild a variety of circuit breakers and switchgears in the shop.

  • Assist in the installation and servicing of circuit breakers and switchgear boxes at various field locations.

  • Support Electricians during service calls in different locations in Tucson.

  • Ensure all tasks are performed safely and efficiently.

Essential Skills

  • Experience in heavy industrial construction.

  • Proficiency in general labor tasks related to construction.

  • Ability to work both independently and as part of a team.

Additional Skills & Qualifications

  • Experience in construction labor.

  • Willingness to travel for fieldwork.

Work Environment

The work environment includes both a shop setting and various field locations. Shifts typically start at 7am, though they may vary depending on the job site. Opportunities for overtime are available.

Job Type & Location

This is a Contract to Hire position based out of Tucson, Arizona.

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $21.00 - $25.00/hr.
