Job Title: Customer Service Representative I

Location: Tucker, GA

Pay Range: $18.50

What’s the Job?

  • Assist customers and business partners via telephone and emails.

  • Diagnose, asses and resolve problems or issues

  • Process change or cancellations to delivery orders

What’s Needed?

  • 1yr of Call Center Experience

  • Ability to Multitask

  • Microsoft Office Experience (Word, Excel, and Powerpoint)
