Job Title: Machine Operator

Job Description

Responsible for operation and setup of all Assembly, Molding, Stamping, and Plating Department production equipment and processes.

Responsibilities

• Operate and set up production machinery.

• Monitor and adjust machine settings to ensure efficient operation.

• Inspect products for quality and adherence to specifications.

• Work collaboratively with team members in Plating and Assembly departments.

• Maintain a clean and safe work environment.

Essential Skills

• Computer literacy

• Experience in machine operation and general production

• Ability to stand for 12-hour shifts

• Ability to work well in teams

Additional Skills & Qualifications

• Familiarity with the metric system

• Experience with injection molding and assembly processes

• Proficiency with touch screen devices

Work Environment

The work environment is a very clean and automated production facility. Stamping and Molding areas are more independent, while Plating and Assembly areas are more team-focused. Employees should be comfortable standing for long periods and working collaboratively in a team setting.

Job Type & Location

This is a Contract to Hire position based out of Tualatin, Oregon.

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $18.50 - $20.17/hr.
