ManpowerGroup Gas & Chemical Technician in Tualatin, Oregon

Our client, a leader in the electronics industry, is seeking a Gas & Chemical Technician to join their team. As a Gas & Chemical Technician, you will be part of the technical support team ensuring the safe and efficient operation of gas and chemical equipment. The ideal candidate will have strong problem-solving skills, attention to detail, and a commitment to safety, which will align successfully in the organization.

Job Title: Gas & Chemical Technician

Location: Tualatin, OR

What's the Job?

  • Support the technical demands of site gas and chemical equipment.

  • Perform cylinder and drum changes on all chemical and gas systems.

  • Conduct complex troubleshooting and problem resolution for all equipment.

  • Ensure compliance with operation and maintenance procedures and safety standards.

  • Participate in Basic Safety Process, quality management, and preventative maintenance.

What's Needed?

  • High School Diploma or GED equivalent.

  • 1+ years of experience as a maintenance or equipment technician.

  • Experience with chemical and gas distribution equipment is preferred.

  • Military mechanic training or Navy Nuclear power school experience is a plus.

  • Willingness to undergo random drug tests, including THC testing.
