Our client, a very well established, privately held manufacturing company is seeking a Staff Accountant due to a retirement. Our client has a great reputation for its culture, benefits and competitive compensation.

General Responsibilities:

• Assist with the company’s annual inventory process, ensuring accuracy and compliance with company policies.

• Conduct cycle counts to monitor inventory accuracy and resolve discrepancies.

• Handle accounts payable functions, including vendor invoices, payments, and reconciliations.

• Process and manage in-house payroll for approximately 160 employees, ensuring timely and accurate payroll delivery.

• Assist with month-end and year-end close processes, including journal entries, reconciliations, and financial reporting.

  Requirements

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.

• Minimum of 2 years of relevant accounting experience, preferably in a manufacturing environment.

• Geneal knowledge of inventory management and cycle count processes.

• Experience with accounts payable and payroll functions.

• Familiarity with IQMS ERP system is a plus.

• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel
