Today we manufacture the broadest assortment of residential and commercial garage doors and distribute our doors through the largest big box retailers and independent installing dealers nationwide.

2nd shift & 3rd shift - General Assemblers starting pay $18.00 plus $1.00 shift differential. Wage increases to $24.86 after 24 months.

Assembler associates perform a variety of line assembly operations to assemble and/or package garage door components.

Schedule:   2nd shift - Monday through Friday - 3p.m. to 11p.m.

3rd shift - Sunday through Thursday - 11p.m. to 7a.m.

Job Requirements:

Qualified candidates must possess a High School diploma or equivalent, must be able to lift 30 - 50 lbs, and have the ability to work at a quick pace.

Responsibilities:

  • Assemble garage doors using various hand tools, power tools, and operating equipment, in accordance with standard operating procedures.
  • Apply appropriate identifying labels to doors and/or boxes, where required.
  • Visually inspect parts for defects; replace parts that don't meet quality specifications.
  • Monitor supply of production materials available at work station; reorder as needed.
  • Maintain accurate and neat daily production reports.

Skills and Abilities:

  • Basic knowledge of hardware required for various door models.
  • Ability to read and write a limited number of words and to recognize similarities and differences between words and series of numbers.
  • Ability to count and perform simple math operations to determine information such as weight, temperature, and quantity.
  • Must be able to perform lockout tagout.
  • Ability to meet production and quality standards.
  • Ability to work harmoniously and effectively as part of a work team.
