Position Summary MOTOR is actively seeking a dynamic Senior Manager of Demand Generation Programs, reporting to the Vice President of Marketing, to drive our growth through close collaboration with marketing leadership, sales, marketing operations, and content marketing teams. This role offers the chance to harness best-in-class MarTech tools and Generative AI to create innovative lead-generation programs. We are looking for a candidate with a proven track record in executing high-impact awareness campaigns. You will lead the development and launch of multi-channel campaigns targeting both SMB and Enterprise-level organizations, delivering measurable results and accelerating our growth. Responsibilities Develop a comprehensive understanding of the market opportunity and sales targets and build and execute a cohesive demand strategy and plan to achieve bookings, pipeline, and growth goals. Utilize AI to enhance campaign effectiveness and personalization, ensuring targeted and relevant communication with potential leads. Understand MOTOR's customers, products, target segments, and audiences, and determine the best ways to reach buyers throughout the customer journey. Build and develop a marketing attribution model to accurately measure and optimize the impact of marketing activities on the sales pipeline, revenue, and sales cycle length. Partner with Digital Marketing to develop cohesive demand and digital strategy and testing within inbound and outbound channels, including but not limited to SEO, SEM, paid social, display, remarketing, outbound media, webinars, ABM (Account Based Marketing), email marketing, and nurtures. Forecast, measure, analyze, and report the impact of demand marketing activities on the sales pipeline, revenue, and sales cycle length. Required Skills/Experience 7 years of B2B demand generation experience in SaaS, Data Services, or Public Sector. Preference local Detroit/Troy, MI area. Highly motivated, thrives in a fast-paced team environment, and is readily adaptable to changing market and organizational requirements. Experience with Marketing Automation platforms (i.e., HubSpot, Marketo, etc.) and CRM (Salesforce). Experience with Account-based Marketing and Sales Enablement. Experience developing creative campaigns and executing email marketing, social advertising, content syndication, SEM, and paid digital strategies. Strong reporting capabilities with the ability to track campaign performance and associated spending at a detailed level. Excellent communicator with proven ability to convey complex ideas and data in written, presentation, and spoken formats to various audiences.
