Description

• Our client has vulnerabilities that need to be remediated, and it has become too much for existing team members to do in addition to their current roles so they need someone who can be dedicated to this.

• There is an external SOC that does the vulnerability scans using Qualys and reports those vulnerabilities and how to address them to Kresge via PowerBI.

• This person will need to take this information and perform the remediation (patching servers, registry changes, address a compliance issue, changing a config file, login issues, etc).

• They do NOT need to use Qualys or do the vulnerability scans, just take the information from the report and address the vulnerabilities.

• The majority of this work will be with Windows servers, so an in depth knowledge of windows security is critical, with any network security/firewall knowledge being a big plus as the solutions will often involve some network interaction.

• This person will need to be really collaborative - they will interact with multiple people on different teams as they resolve these issues so they need to be able to work well with other.

Work Environment

• 2 days a week on site in Troy

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $40.00 - $45.00
