We are offering an exciting opportunity for a Legal Assistant in Troy, Michigan. This role will support attorneys with a specific focus on Estate Planning and Probate and Corporate law.

Responsibilities:

• Provide comprehensive support to multiple attorneys in a legal setting

• Assist with Estate Planning, ensuring that all documentation is processed accurately and efficiently

• Handle all aspects of Probate and Estate Administration, maintaining accurate records and ensuring all legal requirements are met

• Contribute to Corporate legal tasks when required

• Resolve customer inquiries in a timely and effective manner

• Monitor customer accounts and take appropriate action when necessary

• Maintain up-to-date and accurate customer records

• Process customer credit applications with precision and efficiency.

Requirements • Applicant must possess a minimum of 3 years experience in a Legal Assistant role.

• Candidate should have strong skills in Estate Planning.

• Proficiency in Probate & Estate Administration is required.

• Applicant should have the ability to handle multiple tasks and meet strict deadlines.

• Strong written and verbal communication skills are essential.

• Familiarity with legal terminology and procedures is mandatory.

• Must be proficient in Microsoft Office Suite, including Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.

• The ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information with discretion is required.

• Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail are necessary.

• High level of professionalism and ability to interact with individuals at all levels within the organization is a must.

• Demonstrated ability to work independently as well as part of a team.
