Inside Sales (Call Center Reps)

Description:

  • Handling numerous inbound with some outbound calls for all potential customers. They are on an auto-dialer system. The volume changes daily. 60-100. NO voicemails! Speaking with the customer, finding out their needs and ensuring we have exactly what they are looking for. Once they’ve verified that they are speaking with a qualified customer, they will then schedule an in-home sales representative to meet with the customer to give a presentation, quote, and contract.

  • ALL Warm leads. More so-qualifying leads.

  • Online leads are generated.

  • Appointment setter

  • Slight up-selling. Just informing of other products to present!

  • Roofing, Siding, Gutters, Gutter guards, Windows, Tub + Shower
