Job Overview:

We are seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Customer Service & Data Entry Specialist to join our team. The ideal candidate will possess experience in Salesforce, a background in financial consumer interactions, and strong business analysis skills. This role requires proficiency in data entry, excellent writing and verbal communication skills, and the ability to handle and resolve complaints effectively. You will be responsible for managing complaints submitted by cardholders to the Federal Register, ensuring timely and accurate responses while maintaining high standards of customer service.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Data Entry: Accurately enter and manage customer data into Salesforce and other relevant systems. Ensure data integrity and completeness.
  • Customer Service: Provide exceptional customer service by addressing inquiries, resolving issues, and handling complaints from cardholders.
  • Complaint Management: Review, investigate, and respond to complaints submitted by cardholders to the Federal Register. Document resolutions and follow up as necessary.
  • Communication: Utilize strong writing skills to draft clear and professional correspondence. Employ effective verbal communication skills to interact with customers and internal teams.
  • Business Analysis: Analyze customer feedback and complaint trends to identify areas for improvement. Provide insights and recommendations based on data analysis.

Preferred Skills:

  • Salesforce Experience: Proficiency with Salesforce or similar CRM tools for managing customer data and interactions.
  • Financial Consumer Exposure: Understanding of financial services and consumer issues, particularly related to credit cards and financial products.
  • Business Analysis: Ability to analyze data, generate reports, and provide actionable insights to improve processes and customer satisfaction.

Qualifications:

  • Education: Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Finance, or a related field preferred.
  • Experience: Previous experience in customer service, data entry, or a related role, ideally with exposure to financial products.
  • Skills: Strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and ability to handle sensitive information with discretion. Excellent writing and verbal communication skills are essential.
