TEKsystems Call Center Representative (Phone Banker) in Troy, Michigan

TEKsystems is hiring for Financial Call Center Representatives in Troy, MI. This position is perfect for candidates with prior financial services experience looking to level up their career with a company that offers competitive pay and benefits.

Essential Job Functions:

  • 60 - 70 inbound and outbound calls pertaining to banking related inquiries.

  • Account maintenance and sales related questions.

  • Consults with members to obtain information and explain available financial services.

  • Provides routine information related to services or policies, including eligibility for membership, types of accounts, insurance programs, loan policies, interest rates, current dividend rates, wire transfers, locations and office hours, and promotes virtual service channels.

  • Performs a broad range of member service and teller functions including accurately processing savings, draft/checking, and certificate (CD) account transfers; assisting with setting up automated services, processing address changes, check orders, and reorders; offering loan quotes, calculations, and rates, generating loan applications, entering application data with accompanying notes, and making loan payments.

  • Inputs loan applications and determines if loans meet the criteria to process immediately.

  • Assists members with completing all arrangements and documents for automated services such as direct deposit, payroll reduction, automated teller machines, and audio response services.

Schedule Details:

  • Representatives will work an average of 40 hours per week during call center hours:

  • Monday - Wednesday 8am - 5pm

  • Thursday 8am - 6pm

  • Friday 8am - 7pm

  • Saturday (Rotating) 8am - 1pm

  • Hybrid schedule after 6 months (3 days onsite, 2 days remote)

  • Every Saturday worked is remote

Qualified candidates will have....

  • ability to pass a credit check

  • at least 2-3 years of financial call center experience within a sales/goal/production environment

  • great verbal and written communication skills

  • High School Diploma

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $39520.00 - $45760.00

Great Benefit Package - 15 days of PTO and 11 Paid Holidays. Bonus after a certain amount of time with the credit union. Medical, Dental and Vision all offered.

This is a fully onsite position in Troy,MI.
