Analyze cell production and assembly processes to determine automated production equipment layout and specifications; Ensure proper installation, configuration, and operation of factory automation systems; Train, mentor, and educate the cell production technicians to ensure equipment usage competence and safety practices;  Stabilize cell production equipment and factory automation systems; Utilize in-depth knowledge of advanced lithium-ion automotive battery manufacturing equipment, automation systems, internal processes, and engineering technologies to lead the technical coordination and production improvement strategy;  Apply and optimize new cell production technology into mass production systems; Manage equipment utilization and batch operations, and propose and implement production guidelines and instructions);  Improve trial runs and coordinate system configurations as needed; and Draft technical instructions and procedures for factory automation systems installation, operation, optimization, and maintenance.
