Stanley Black & Decker seeks Account Manager (Troy, MI - Hybrid). Responsible for writing specifications or release drawings. Develop intimate technical knowledge of standard products (both mature and new) in end automotive applications.  Request testing and analyze test results to confirm customer's specification and manage customer relationships.  Work with customer's engineering team to write specifications or release drawing. Propose alternate parts to customers that integrate internal tooling systems, fasteners, and service capabilities. Generate automotive system-level application materials (presentation, reference diagrams, engineering notes). Lead negotiations, terms and condition reviews with customer purchasing. Bachelor's degree in Engineering (or related field) or equivalent; 5 years of sales experience with an OEM or large customer; Demonstrated experience with automotive equipment engineering. Resumes to
