Our Executive Talent Acquisition Research Strategist is accountable for:

• Sourcing and Research Analysis.

• Partner with KellyOCG client’s Executive Research Team, especially on the front end of all Executive level roles.

• Sourcing on LinkedIn and using CRM (Thrive) for Executive level openings.

• Interface with Executive Leaders and HR leaders for kickoff calls and recruitment process.

Essential Skills:

• Must have sourcing and research analyst experience with a knowledge of full cycle recruiting.

• Experience with and ability to find & attract passive talent.

• Familiarity with and comfortable working in a data driven environment; Meet and/or exceed all outlined scorecard targets.
