Description

We are offering an exciting opportunity in the manufacturing industry Accounts Payable Clerk.

Responsibilities:

• Provide support in account reconciliations and month-end closing procedures.

• Collaborate with other departments to ensure completion of various accounting tasks.

• Take on other responsibilities as needed.

• Manage customer inquiries and monitor customer accounts for necessary actions.

• Perform tasks related to Accounts Payable (AP), including check runs, coding invoices, and invoice processing.

• Utilize Microsoft Excel and Dynamics AX in performing various accounting tasks

Requirements • Minimum of 2 years of experience in an Accounts Payable Clerk role or similar

• Proficient in Account Reconciliation and Accounts Payable (AP)

• Experience with Check Runs and Coding Invoices

• Excellent data entry skills, with an emphasis on accuracy and speed

• Proven track record in Invoice Processing

• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, including pivot tables and complex formulas

• Experience with Dynamics Ax or similar accounting software

• Familiarity with manufacturing industry practices in relation to accounts payable is preferred
