ManpowerGroup Production Associate 2nd Shift in Trinity, Alabama
We are seeking motivated and reliable Production Associates to join our team for the night shift (6:00 PM to 6:00 AM) in Trinity, Alabama. In this role, you will be responsible for ensuring smooth operations on the production line, maintaining safety standards, and assisting with various production tasks. This position requires a strong work ethic, attention to detail, and the ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
Schedule: 6:00 PM - 6:00 AM
Starting pay rate: $15.00/hr.
Key Responsibilities:
Operate machinery and equipment as needed to support production processes.
Monitor and adjust production processes to meet quality and efficiency standards.
Perform quality checks to ensure products meet company specifications.
Maintain a clean and organized work environment.
Assist in the loading and unloading of materials and products.
Work as part of a team to meet production goals and deadlines.
Report any issues or malfunctions to supervisors in a timely manner.
Follow safety guidelines and report unsafe working conditions immediately.
Participate in training and continuous improvement initiatives.
Qualifications:
High school diploma or equivalent.
Previous production or manufacturing experience is a plus but not required.
Ability to work 12-hour shifts (6:00 PM to 6:00 AM) with occasional overtime as needed.
Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality.
Ability to lift up to 50 pounds and stand for extended periods.
Basic math skills and ability to use tools or equipment.
Strong communication and teamwork skills.
Must be dependable and maintain a positive attitude.
