We are seeking motivated and reliable Production Associates to join our team for the night shift (6:00 PM to 6:00 AM) in Trinity, Alabama. In this role, you will be responsible for ensuring smooth operations on the production line, maintaining safety standards, and assisting with various production tasks. This position requires a strong work ethic, attention to detail, and the ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment.

Schedule: 6:00 PM - 6:00 AM

Starting pay rate: $15.00/hr.

Key Responsibilities:

• Operate machinery and equipment as needed to support production processes.

• Monitor and adjust production processes to meet quality and efficiency standards.

• Perform quality checks to ensure products meet company specifications.

• Maintain a clean and organized work environment.

• Assist in the loading and unloading of materials and products.

• Work as part of a team to meet production goals and deadlines.

• Report any issues or malfunctions to supervisors in a timely manner.

• Follow safety guidelines and report unsafe working conditions immediately.

• Participate in training and continuous improvement initiatives.

Qualifications:

• High school diploma or equivalent.

• Previous production or manufacturing experience is a plus but not required.

• Ability to work 12-hour shifts (6:00 PM to 6:00 AM) with occasional overtime as needed.

• Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality.

• Ability to lift up to 50 pounds and stand for extended periods.

• Basic math skills and ability to use tools or equipment.

• Strong communication and teamwork skills.

• Must be dependable and maintain a positive attitude.
