The Distribution Center (DC) Outfitter will perform various duties, based upon DC needs. This role will be cross trained in other departments as needed and may be asked to carry out special projects as needed and perform various duties as assigned. Production standards and accuracy are especially important aspects of the position that are closely monitored. ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS: Performs one of the following Distribution Center functions: Loads or unloads trailers by hand. Fills customer orders by inspecting merchandise and matching merchandise to order. Stocks merchandise to ensure availability of items. Packs customer orders for shipment. Selects and verifies product for fulfillment and routes to the next area or packs for shipping. Assigns and reassigns pick locations based on information from reports and maintain an accurate listing of all locations. Sorts merchandise as appropriate, process, ticket, or sort merchandise for retail locations. Performs returns processing for customer orders. Cleans and repairs different reel models and determines if repair is under warranty. Maintains work area by cleaning as needed. ALL OTHER DUTIES AS ASSIGNED
