Job Title: Customer Service Representative/ Spanish MUST
Location: Trenton, NJ 08608
Pay Rate: $21.00 Hour. without benefits
Duration: 12+ months
Work Hours: 8:30 am to 4:30 pm
Job Description:
- Should be Bilingual (English/Spanish).
- Assist with answering busy phone lines daily.
- Return calls daily to clients.
- Assist with background checks.
- Look and Enter information into various databases.
- Look up and correct information in the HAPPY database.
- Assist with processing Housing Assistance Applications when necessary.
- Respond to inquiries from Landlords, Tenants, and the General Public.
- Learn DCA and HUD rules and regulations regarding Housing Assistance Programs.
- Other duties as directed.
