Job Title: Customer Service Representative/ Spanish MUST

Pay Rate: $21.00 Hour. without benefits
Duration: 12+ months
Work Hours: 8:30 am to 4:30 pm

Job Description:

• Should be Bilingual (English/Spanish).
• Assist with answering busy phone lines daily.
• Return calls daily to clients.
• Assist with background checks.
• Look and Enter information into various databases.
• Look up and correct information in the HAPPY database.
• Assist with processing Housing Assistance Applications when necessary.
• Respond to inquiries from Landlords, Tenants, and the General Public.
• Learn DCA and HUD rules and regulations regarding Housing Assistance Programs.
• Other duties as directed.
