Job Title: Aircraft Inspector

Job Description

The Inspector ensures all maintenance and alterations performed are in accordance with the Ratings and Operations Specifications of the FAA 145 repair station. This hands-on position involves performing maintenance and repairs, training and directing personnel, ensuring compliance with housing, facilities, equipment, and material requirements, and managing all Continuous Improvement efforts. The role also involves maintaining up-to-date technical data, ensuring calibration of tools, submitting reports on failures, managing risks, and performing Return to Service actions. Effective communication with internal and external customers and the FAA is crucial.

Job Type

This is a permanent position. Work hours are Monday to Friday, 8:00 AM to 4:30 PM with minimal travel required. The Inspector reports to the Director of Maintenance and works within a small team.
