International Mini Golf Design / Build company seeking Administrative Assistant for Crew Travel & Logistics

  • Travel Responsibilities
    • Collect traveler information and coordinate with the travel provider for seamless arrangements.
    • Arrange airfare and secure lodging 
    • Organize ground transportation, including rental cars or driver services when necessary.
    • Submit requisitions for per diem allowances and manage reimbursable documentation, including monthly expense report reconciliations.
    • Complete necessary reports and travel budgets as required.
    • Support additional related duties as assigned.
  • Logistics Responsibilities 
    • Create and submit required materials documentation for projects.
    • Coordinate shipment of tools to their destinations and ensure their return post-completion
    • Obtain shipping estimates and maintain communication with clients and their logistics teams.  
  • Required Skills and Qualifications:  Minimum of 2 years' experience in travel management, with expertise in coordination. Strong communication skills to guide travelers and provide reimbursement information.  Proficient in the Office 365 suite.  Ability to learn / use travel approval and logistics systems effectively.
