International Mini Golf Design / Build company seeking Administrative Assistant for Crew Travel & Logistics
- Travel Responsibilities
- Collect traveler information and coordinate with the travel provider for seamless arrangements.
- Arrange airfare and secure lodging
- Organize ground transportation, including rental cars or driver services when necessary.
- Submit requisitions for per diem allowances and manage reimbursable documentation, including monthly expense report reconciliations.
- Complete necessary reports and travel budgets as required.
- Support additional related duties as assigned.
- Logistics Responsibilities
- Create and submit required materials documentation for projects.
- Coordinate shipment of tools to their destinations and ensure their return post-completion
- Obtain shipping estimates and maintain communication with clients and their logistics teams.
- Required Skills and Qualifications: Minimum of 2 years' experience in travel management, with expertise in coordination. Strong communication skills to guide travelers and provide reimbursement information. Proficient in the Office 365 suite. Ability to learn / use travel approval and logistics systems effectively.
