Robert Half Leasing Consultant- Lease-Up Project in Towson, Maryland

Description

We are seeking a dynamic and motivated Leasing Consultant to support our clients with an exciting lease-up project! As a Leasing Consultant for this well-known property, you will be instrumental in driving leasing efforts, managing tenant relationships, and ensuring high occupancy rates. You will have the chance to showcase the property’s outstanding features and amenities, contributing to its success and reputation in the Baltimore rental market.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Prospective Resident Engagement: Actively seek out and engage potential tenants through various marketing strategies, including open houses, social media, and community outreach. Conduct property tours and provide detailed information about the property’s features, amenities, and leasing options.

  • Lease Administration: Facilitate the leasing process from initial inquiry to lease signing. Prepare lease agreements, process applications, and verify tenant qualifications in accordance with company policies and legal requirements.

  • Customer Service: Provide excellent customer service to prospective and current residents. Address inquiries, resolve issues, and follow up with leads to ensure a positive leasing experience.

  • Marketing and Promotion: Assist in the development and implementation of marketing plans to attract potential tenants. Collaborate with the marketing team to create promotional materials and execute campaigns.

  • Market Analysis: Conduct research on local rental market trends, competitor properties, and pricing strategies. Use this information to make informed recommendations for pricing and leasing strategies.

  • Administrative Duties: Maintain accurate records of all leasing activities, including tenant applications, lease agreements, and correspondence. Ensure that all documentation is completed accurately and filed appropriately.

  • Community Relations: Build and maintain relationships with local businesses, real estate agents, and community organizations to enhance the property’s visibility and reputation.

  • Reporting: Provide regular reports on leasing activity, occupancy rates, and market trends to property management. Track and analyze leasing metrics to identify areas for improvement.

    Requirements

Qualifications:

  • Education: High school diploma or equivalent required. Associate’s degree in business, real estate, or a related field is preferred.

  • Experience: Previous experience in leasing, property management, or a related customer service role is highly desirable. Experience with lease-up projects or new developments is a plus.

  • Skills: Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to build rapport with prospective and current residents. Strong organizational skills and attention to detail are essential. Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.

  • Technical Skills: Proficiency in property management software and Microsoft Office Suite. Familiarity with Fair Housing laws and regulations is preferred.
