The Job:
As a Digital Product Manager , you’ll be part of our Corporate Information Technology team working as a Remote employee. A Digital Product Manager is responsible for the development and management of digital products, such as websites, mobile apps, or software platforms. Their role involves overseeing the entire product lifecycle, from conception to launch and beyond.
You’ll get to:
Internal Discovery and Ideation:
Facilitate discovery sessions with internal teams to gather insights and ideas for product development.
Collaborate with stakeholders to identify business needs and translate them into product requirements.
Technical Development:
Work closely with engineering teams to ensure technical feasibility and alignment with product goals.
Participate in technical discussions and decision-making processes to guide product development.
Product Roadmap and Planning:
Develop and maintain a detailed product roadmap that reflects internal priorities and technical capabilities.
Prioritize features and enhancements based on technical constraints and business value.
Cost and Resource Management:
Estimate and manage costs per initiative and overall track.
Oversee Statements of Work (SOWs) and manage resources and vendors effectively.
Cross-Functional Collaboration:
Act as a liaison between technical teams and other departments, such as design and marketing, to ensure cohesive product development.
Coordinate with IT and development teams to manage resources and timelines effectively.
Agile Development Process:
Lead agile ceremonies, such as sprint planning, stand-ups, and retrospectives, to ensure efficient product development cycles.
Use agile methodologies to adapt to changing requirements and deliver incremental product improvements.
Technical Documentation and Communication:
Create and maintain comprehensive technical documentation for product features and updates.
Communicate technical concepts and project status to non-technical stakeholders clearly and effectively.
Quality Assurance and Testing:
Collaborate with QA teams to define testing strategies and ensure product quality.
Oversee user acceptance testing (UAT) to validate product functionality and performance.

Qualifications:
Bachelor’s degree in computer science, engineering, or a related field.
Experience in product management with a strong focus on technical development.
Solid understanding of software development processes and technologies.
Excellent communication skills, with the ability to translate technical concepts for diverse audiences.
Skills:
Strong technical acumen and problem-solving abilities.
Experience with agile development methodologies and tools.
Ability to facilitate effective discovery sessions and gather internal insights.
Proficiency in project management and collaboration tools.
Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
