Role Description

This is a part-time on-site role for a Golf Shop Attendant located in Towanda, PA. The Golf Shop Lead Attendant will be responsible for day-to-day operations in the golf shop, assisting customers with merchandise, managing inventory, and providing excellent customer service along with coordinating league play, and use of Golf Genius tournament software.

Qualifications

• Customer service skills and experience
• Knowledge of golf equipment and merchandise            (will train the ideal candidate)
• POS system use for tee time reservations and guest bookings
• Basic math skills for processing transactions
• Strong communication skills
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
• *Experience in retail or hospitality is a plus        *
• High school diploma or equivalent
• Must be available to work weekends and holidays
